Mavin singer, Di’Ja was recently pranked on MTV Base Africa’s ‘Bigger Friday Show’ with the help of label mate Reekado Banks.
She was told by her fellow label mate Reekado that their label boss, Don Jazzy was complaining of her not-so-revealing outfits. According to him, she needs to start wearing revealing dresses.
But Di’ja would have none of that as she
first seemed unconvinced until her manager stepped in advising her to
wear it or her contract gets terminated.

DJ Obi, one of Nigeria’s foremost DJ’s is currently attempting to break the Guinness World Record for Longest DJ Set. On his first night, the crowd at Sao Café went wild as the clock hit 11.30pm on June 23rd, which meant DJ Obi had been DJing for 24hours straight.
Speaking on how the public is reacting to his decision to beat the current record, Dj Obi says;
“The reception has been really great, some people think I’m crazy, others have said ‘there’s no backing down now’ and they’re right, they believe in me and I believe in myself. We are in this to win it”.
Some
say 9 more days is a lot and wonder if Dj Obi will be able to keep up?
Others say he’s started out strong and the optimism will only grow the
closer he gets to his 10day goal.

The love and support for DJ Obi has been
overwhelming as he continues to push harder in his attempt to break the
current Guinness World Record for Longest Marathon Club DJing, which
was set in Dublin, Ireland at 200 hours in 2014.
